Short Overview of her Background:

When Ryumei was little, she was living together with her mother in Rachel. Their life wasn't easy since followers of Freya were treating her family bad and even called Ryumei a 'Demon Child', because of her red eyes and after a few incidents that happened, which made them believe she is bringing disaster to the town of Rachel. The happenings made the followers want to cast out the 'doom bringing' family of the town.

Ryumei's mother hated her daughter, because she didn't had an easy life, since she was born and one day she attempted to kill her but failed. Instead, a female Sorceress named Mutsury, who just came back from a journey to Ice Cave found her heavily injured near Rachel. Mutsury took care of the abadoned child and sensed, that something was abnormal about her. However, she decided to raise Ryumei up and teached her everything about magic. Noticing that Ryumei is a half-demon, who loses her control and becomes extremely violenton on a Full Moon night or in certain situations, Mutsury gave Ryumei magical blue succubus horns enchanted with a spell, which she should never take off. The magic sealed in the succubus horns, aid her to prevent her violent personaliy to take fully over her.

One time Ryouhei went to Yuno to look for a special book about dragons, he met Mutsury in the Yuno library and helped her on a mission. (... more about Ryouhei's Past doesn't belong here...) And then they got friends.
Mutsury was fascinated about the Arch Bishop and kept annoying Ryumei about talking about him, which made Ryumei, who rarely left Yuno or rather the library, decide to go out and learn more about the world.

Ryumei comes back to Yuno from time to time to visit her teacher and telling her about her findings. After studying a lot about Ryumei, Mutsury found out that Ryumei needs to get closer to people to cure her 'illness' and then she wouldn't need the special sucubbus horns anymore. Ryumei decided to make friends with others and slowly getting closer to other people.

Relationships:

Student of purple-haired Sorceress Mutsury, who works at the Yuno Library. She loves teasing Ryumei and is like a mother to her.
Kind of befriended with Ryouhei, they share the same interests about dragons. After a little incident between them both, Ryouhei took a little bit distance to her, now she is slowly gaining his trust back by teaching his adoptive daughter Cuicui and helping the family with other things from time to time (like she helped Vivian with the wedding dress design).
Because she loves singing, she grew interest in Bards like ERL.
Other people than the other already mentioned people she isn't that shy towards anymore: Kyrius Keeper, Delavia, Sacred Blood, Ayra Kazunari... (I forgot, who else LOL)
Has had quite a crush on Erixz Keeper. Also there is Raiga Cross, who seems to be interested in her. She was stuck in a fight with herself and wanted to keep distance to them from then on.
She is now focusing on working together with the Genetic Selnir, who she learned to trust more than anyone else except her teacher.
